Nasir Johnson, 25, of Germantown, faces multiple felony charges including kidnapping, terroristic threats, and burglary, authorities told Daily Voice. 

Johnson was taken into custody Monday, Nov. 21 on the 4900 block of Royal Street, after officers found him driving a stolen car, police said. 

As Daily Voice has reported, two men entered a student house on the 1300 block of North 15th Street at about 6 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 11. They rounded up 11 residents at gunpoint and gathered them in the basement before stealing their phones, debit cards, and a car, police said. 

In another incident, two armed men entered a home on the 1900 block of North 18th Street at about 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 21. Investigators said the pair stole cell phones and other electronics, a handgun, and another car. 

None of the victims in either robbery were harmed, according to police.
